I am a Berlin-based generalist operator and Public Funding Manager specializing in non-dilutive capital, strategy, and compliance infrastructure for fast-scaling technology companies.
For the past three years, I’ve embedded myself inside some of Germany’s most ambitious deep-tech startups—building the operational backbones that keep millions of Euros in public funding running cleanly. I bridge the gap between technical vision and strict regulatory frameworks, coordinating cross-functional proposal submissions with engineering and product teams while managing relationships with major innovation agencies.
Liquidloop: Led operations and public funding in a high-growth environment, building company-wide processes from scratch, handling investor reporting, and managing grant compliance.
NGOs: Managed a €900K+ portfolio of Auswärtiges Amt grants, executing full lifecycle management and training exiled journalists on fundraising and financial administration.
Public funding in Germany is one of the most powerful non-dilutive capital sources in the world. Yet, the operational complexity of running it correctly puts it completely out of reach for most early-stage startups.
The existing support ecosystem is entirely built around getting the grant. I focus on the part that comes after. I build the reporting frameworks, audit defenses, and financial compliance infrastructures that allow deep-tech founders to scale safely without losing their focus on the product.
I write and review proposals in German and English, and coordinate stakeholders across all five languages.
